I already wrote about Julia Cameron’s book, “The Artist’s Way,” and now I recently finished her other book, “Finding Water: The Art of Perseverance.” This book has been immensely helpful for me in times of doubt, filling me with patience and dedication to keep going on- even if it’s one baby step at a time.
You can tell on this blog that I always speak of working in steps because the big picture sometimes overwhelms us. Small steps are non-threatening. They are manageable. They are always possible and easy.
One easy step after the next and then we find that we have come so much more than we could have ever hoped for.
I recommend reading this book for anyone who has a tough time breaking down the big dream into small steps. For someone who is somewhat anxious of the outcome, and needs a push to keep going on. For someone who needs to love the process and not worry about the outcome.
And lastly, for someone who is also on a path of self-discovery and is constantly figuring themselves out.
Ain’t nothin wrong with that.
