Watch: The Conversation with Amanda De Cadenet

I am so addicted to this series! The Conversation with Amanda De Cadenet is one of the shows you can watch over and over again (Thanks YouTube). My girl friends and I have conversations that are exactly/similar to these, however, instead of having your girl friends speak, it’s interesting to hear the same sentiments coming from women like Gwyneth Paltrow, Jane Fonda, Alicia Keys, Zoe Saldana, and Lady Gaga.

Watch: Out Of Scratch Presents “Unscripted”

Out of Scratch Presents: Unscripted Book Launch By Sarah Meier and Vicky Herrera from Out of Scratch on Vimeo.

Another Throwback Thursday post! I’ve been incredibly busy with life right now and will try to update this as much as I can. I like this feeling of working on different projects. Growing through your work feels so fulfilling… I think back to the day Sarah and I launched our book, and the feeling I felt at that event. ūüôā

Memory lane got even better when I found this video our friend Geoff made for us. I smile as I see all the faces who gathered in support. I melt when I hear the words of kindness. And I laugh as I watch the 24-year old Vicky speak- pink gloss, straight bangs and crazy lashes to match. I’ve come a long way, but I am still very much that person. ‚̧

Oh, I love this. I love¬†hearing people talk about goals that put “how you want to feel,” versus what to achieve. There are so many people out there so focused on materialistic achievements but still feel like sh*t at the end of the day. Marie Forleo interviews author and speaker¬†Danielle LaPorte¬†on how to set goals with soul, goals that make you feel good.
