So I’ve pretty much put Jada on Goddess level since I watched Magic Mike XXL. (Yup. How inspiring.) She had such dope energy that the next day I jumped on YouTube and began checking out all her interviews to see how that brain worked.
This particular video caught my attention, and I have kept telling myself, my sisters, my mom, and all my other girlfriends out there who do a lot to take care of the kids, chase their career, and make their honeys happy. Putting that energy back into yourself, to nourish yourself, is so integral when no matter what role you play in life.
