I am very happy to have stumbled upon these photos of a workshop I ran with my sister Teresa a few years ago. I handled the workshop portion while Teresa conducted her classic Trance Dance session. Mindfulness and movement in one night 😊

Feel Good + Do Good at The Global Mala Project 2014 🙂 This is a whole day event consisting of Yoga, Music, Dance, Talks, and Wellness Workshops that donate 100% of it’s proceeds to charity.
