The last few days felt like a mad dash to the finish line, only to arrive again at the start of another race. This morning I was trying to calm down and enjoy a moment of rest before I ran off to do errands and meet people again.
With all the things that are on my to-do list, I have to remember to take things one step at a time.
Overwhelm accomplishes nothing, and only freezes the mind.
By taking things one step at a time, we are able to keep moving without letting our anxieties swallow us.
Then at the end of the day, we can look back and see at how much we actually accomplished- even though it didn’t seem like it at the time.
Feels like a miracle now as I type this.
